Hypnotherapy helped me to overcome my own fears and phobias. I was so overcome by fear that I wasn't able to step into a lift without feeling like I was stepping into a tomb. It was terrifying. Yet, Hypnotherapy helped me to overcome that phobia. I also had a terrible fear of flying in airplanes. I was missing out on so much life by not being able to travel. Then my husband booked us an overseas holiday and I knew I needed to do something. Again Hypnotherapy helped me to live my life more fully. I also used Hypnotherapy to quit smoking and to lose 20 kilos. I continue to use Hypnotherapy to reduce stress and to help me through life's challenges.
Now, I use Hypnotherapy to help other women.
I see women for all sorts of reasons such as anxiety, weight loss, poor habits, lack of confidence, negative thinking and self-talk, relationship issues, phobias, and negative emotions. I can help them overcome the obstacles to living life as the best version of themselves possible.
I have spent several years learning about how our thoughts and emotions effect every aspect of our lives, and I have learnt to help others make massive changes and achieve more.
I've been on a wonderful journey of self-discovery and fulfilment. Now, I am passionate about supporting other women on their journey.
